Natural Capital


This summary supports the integration of land use and natural capital (through natural capital accounting of values) as a means to increase residents’ acceptance of infill housing projects in their neighbourhoods—and potentially, lower housing costs for end-users. Building on SHBC’s Small Houses report and toolkit, the findings of this research could help advance the development of more small housing projects.
